matters for the lenders to whom we are ultimately trying make life
easier. Please keep our number on file for when you do become licensed.
Question: I’m about to receive my license.
Can I reserve a spot?
Answer: We can reserve a place
with a deposit, for up to 30 days. Please call for details
QUESTION: Why should I advertise on Appraiser911.com?
Answer: The internet is more and
more how lenders find appraisers. There are less quality appraisers
and more national lenders looking for them. Where are they going
to find you? Answer: here. Lenders come to us because we are easy
to use and pledge to utilize the latest strategies to make sure
they know Appraiser911, and know we’re the best database for
them.
Question: Isn’t online listing expensive?
Answer: Online listing is one
of the least expensive forms of advertising. We keep our prices
very competitive, see our rate sheet. Listing
is less than your E & O insurance, and why pay someone to make
calls and annoy your potential customers. We make the calls for
you.
Question: Are there terms or restrictions to my listing?
Answer: All listings are under
our scrutiny, we have final approval. However, if a problem should
arise, we will notify you of why something was disallowed.
QUESTION: How does the positioning of the Appraiser
listings work?
Answer: We are first-come, first-serve.
Once you’re in, you’re locked in. As long as you are
a continued subscriber you won’t lose your position. There
will be two banners allowed, one per county, and one per state.
However there will never be any preferential nonsense within our
listings such as “Platinum, Silver, or Guaranteed seller.”
